Salary £29,280 - £34,860 per annum
Plus cash alternative payment to a lease car of £4,464 per annum
35 Hours per week (9.00am to 5.00pm)
34 days leave per annum including statutory days

Our client is a diverse independent not-for-profit organisation providing homes for people unable to compete on the open market. They have over 17,000 quality affordable homes, across the East Midlands, which include homes for families, single people, the elderly and other individuals requiring additional support.
They currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR Manager to join their HR Team. You will proactively help embed organisational culture and values and also contribute to the organisational performance by providing creative and practical solutions on resourcing, employee relations, employee pay rewards and change management.
Your main responsibilities will be to operate as an internal business partner to members of the Group working in partnership with managers to ensure the staff resource of the Group is managed in compliance with group policies and practices.
Leading, motivating and managing a team you will direct in all matters relating to a generic HR service including payroll, as well as being the lead in managing Recruitment and Selection, Payroll and our HR ICT systems.
Providing effective day-to-day leadership and management of the staff within the team, including provision of clear objectives and associated risks, together with advice, guidance and support necessary to achieve to them.
The successful candidate will have experience of operating in management within an HR and payroll environment. Educated to a degree level standard (or equivalent), you will possess at least Graduate membership of the CIPD. Extensive working knowledge of employment law, HR and payroll is crucial as well being able to demonstrate a strong understanding of current HR and payroll issues.
Due to the nature of the role you will require a standard CRB clearance.
