My client, a leading law firm, based in the city, are looking for an exceptional HR Manager to join their team for a 12 month FTC. This role is initally a 12month maternity cover but there is a possibility that it could become permanent. This HR Manager will have responsibility for a varied client group of fee earners, secretarial and support staff. My client is looking to become a more commercially focused, strategic HR function. The ideal candidate will be a well rounded HR Generalist who is commercially focused and has experience working in a legal or partnership environment.
