An exciting opportunity is available within a market leading media agency. Experiencing a time of growth, they are looking for an ambitious and determined HR Manager to join as standalone HR in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. The role will need your expertise to continue developing processes and growing the successful business, whilst defining people strategy with the senior leadership team. 

The environment is busy, fast-paced and sometimes frantic, and your passion for the brand and being a value-add, commercial and hands-on HR Manager will enable you to make positive change for the workforce. 

This role will see you devising and rolling out policies and processes within the London office, supporting the circa 80+ client group, acting as the go-to lynchpin of HR for the whole business.  You’ll provide consistent employment legislation support for managers and develop processes for recruitment, L&D, benefits, reward, talent management and ER.  You’ll partner with department heads and the senior management team on best practice, around culture, improving workforce engagement and ensuring this is a stand-out place to work amongst its competitors.

As the successful candidate, you’ll have previous experience of either a standalone role or a small team, and be confident working operationally as well as having some vision and ‘bigger picture’ input.
