Job Title: HR Manager - Organisational Change
Location: Surrey
Position: Contract/Perm
Our client is a global organization seeking a HR Manager - Organisational Change, to begin on a contract basis but with a view to reverting to a permanent role.
The Role
- Work within a team to review existing Programmes/Structures
- Work with the clients to support the end to end organisation redesign process
- Working with leadership teams to identify their strategy, conducting organisation wide operating model reviews through to the design of specific functions and departments
- Present proposals for amendments/changes to the existing programmes/structures
- Work with the clients to support the end to end organisation redesign process
- Conducting organisation wide operating model reviews through to the design of specific functions and departments
The Candidate
- Experience in the end to end organisation design process
- The ability to work in a team
- Should have sound knowledge of human resources and employee relations
- The ability to develop profession relationships with colleagues and clients
- Ideally financially literate with ability to work within fixed budget
- Experience in developing and facilitating workshops with client staff
- Degree level education
