Job Title: HR Manager - Organisational Change

Location: Surrey

Position: Contract/Perm

Our client is a global organization seeking a HR Manager - Organisational Change, to begin on a contract basis but with a view to reverting to a permanent role.

The Role

  • Work within a team to review existing Programmes/Structures
  • Work with the clients to support the end to end organisation redesign process
  • Working with leadership teams to identify their strategy, conducting organisation wide operating model reviews through to the design of specific functions and departments
  • Present proposals for amendments/changes to the existing programmes/structures
  • Work with the clients to support the end to end organisation redesign process
  • Conducting organisation wide operating model reviews through to the design of specific functions and departments

The Candidate

  • Experience in the end to end organisation design process
  • The ability to work in a team
  • Should have sound knowledge of human resources and employee relations
  • The ability to develop profession relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Ideally financially literate with ability to work within fixed budget
  • Experience in developing and facilitating workshops with client staff
  • Degree level education
