An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Manager to head up a reputable HR function with a leading private education establishment in Hampshire.
The role is offered on a part time basis with some flexibility in how this working pattern is structured.
Reporting to the Bursar you will provide a full HR service to the school, including:
*Managing the schools HR processes and providing advice ton current practices and employment legislation
*Working closely with the senior management team to develop the strategic people plan
*Advising managers on all aspects of recruitment and assisting in interview and selection processes where appropriate
*Maintaining staff records and ensuring the school is prepared for mandatory inspections
*Managing HR projects eg: updating policies and procedures and reviewing the staff handbook
The successful candidate with be an experienced, CIPD qualified HR professional and will have ideally worked in an education environment before.
