I am looking to speak to HR generalists' with experience in implementing HR Projects for a 9 Month FTC (with some ability to extend) working for a construction business based in Reading.
You will be reporting in to the Group HR Director, sitting on the Senior Leadership Team and partnering professional and highly skilled professionals.
You will be joining a business where HR are respected and credible and where staff are treated well and offered a lot of autonomy in their roles. As such you will not focus on operational activates or employee relations.
The business have recently gone through a restructure of their HR team and such looking to recruit this role in implementing further projects alongside the Group HR Director. It is essential to be flexible in this role, not driven by process but rather open to picking up a range of work, be resilient and organised.
