They are looking for an HR Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational running of the HR function. Reporting into the HR director, the HR Manager ensures all polices and procedures are adhered to, advises the business of HR best practice, line manages the HR Coordinator, provides excellent support to department managers, liaises and guides the L&D and Talent areas of the business and other operational management duties. This person will also be responsible for ER casework ranging from performance management through to disciplinaries and grievances. This is a diverse role so all candidates should be confident, capable and naturally results driven with solid HR management or advisory experience. Ideally CIPD qualified and with industry experience, the successful candidate will have demonstrable HR management ability coupled with a can-do attitude as well as excellent communication and relationship building skills.
