Currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator with a strong background of analysing data to join a business in Reading for a temporary contract paying up to £12 per hour.
The role will require someone who is strong in Excel and is able to review and analyse data to a certain extent, but also be able to pull reports of HR Systems. The role will involve providing the business with HR administrative support as well as providing MI to senior colleagues.
The ideal candidate for this role will have previously used HR Systems such as SAP HR. You will need to work to deadlines and also be resilient to changing requirements. The characteristics of the successful candidate are that you need to be supportive, purposeful and customer centric.
