Our client one of London`s most exciting & award-winning international Digital Media company, are seeking an experienced individual to join our HR Team based in London, and the SE. Initial 3 Month Contract to Perm.
Reporting to the Senior HR Officer, you will have experience of managing complex employee relations cases, providing advice and guidance to managers on a broad range of HR issues as well as taking responsibility for ad hoc projects. You will have strong commercial experience and be able to hit the ground running. A proactive attitude and a drive to deliver results will be crucial to succeeding in this role.
Minimum of 3 years HR generalist experience at advisory level providing advice and guidance to managers on HR queries with a strong background in ER
Case Management/Chairing of disciplinaries and grievances up to and including dismissal
Good influencing and coaching skills; able to up skill managers to handle HR matters
Excellent communication skills, good planning, organizing and co-ordinating skills with the ability to approach tasks with confidence
Assistance with the recruitment process
Applicants must be fully competent in all Microsoft Office applications.
The successful candidate will be ideally CIPD qualified with HR advisory experience. For candidates working towards CIPD qualification, CIPD study support is available.
