Our client is committed to being the preferred European contract logistics service provider to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare industry. Offering outsourcing services along the supply chain such as warehousing, transportation, cold chain logistics as well as re-packaging and re-labelling.

There is an opportunity arisen within the HR team. As HR Officer you will be responsible for supporting two HR Advisors in regard to first line Employee Relations issues. You will be responsible for ensuring all HR activities are carried out to the required standards and timescales as set out in the Companies policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will be resilient, must have worked within a logistics or manufacturing background, have a strong work ethic, can show volume examples of ER cases both simple and complex and have experience in working with Hay grading.
