HR Officer - London
£35,000
A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR officer to join a small but effective HR team in one of the largest credit and risk management organisations in the world. Our client operates globally in over 50 countries and offers credit management solutions to wide variety of commercial clients.
The HR Officer role will support the provision of a full generalist service within the HR department and maintain all training requirements through effective liaison with Line Managers and employees.
To be considered for this position, you will have had recent experience of working within an Insurance or Financial Services organisation and be fully CIPD qualified. You should also be confident and able to perform a full generalist service, including administration, training and management of the full recruitment lifecycle.
In addition, you must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as various HR software systems. You must have the ability to work on your own initiative to tight deadlines and highly sensitive issues, whilst maintaining strong working relationships with all levels of staff. A strong knowledge of UK Employment Law is essential, and knowledge of any other European languages, in particular French, will be highly advantageous.
