My Client a global banking institution are currently seeking an HR Operations Manager to join their HR Team and support the heads of business

As the Operations Manager you will have ownership of governance and control within HR across EMEA. You will work with the larger business to ensure that HR policies and procedures are in-line with the company business strategy.

You will be responsible for:
· Assisting the HR function in day to day governance and internal control
· Identify business risks and provide solutions
· Act as the HR Audit partner for the wider business
· Co-ordination of HR policies and provide updates and communication across EMEA
· Conduct quality checks on HR process including on-boarding
· Provide governance on HR projects
· Facilitate risk assessments


To be a considered Candidate you will have:
· Excellent problem solving skills
· Proven experience managing governance
· Previous experience working across EMEA
· Excellent communication skills
· Proven experience managing risk across HR Projects
