Role title - HR Operations Manager

Contract type - Interim
Duration - 3 months rolling,  immediate start

Our client is currently seeking an HR Operations Manager to lead the delivery of a high quality HR and Payroll service on a UK and global basis .  They are seeking a leader to manage the team and ensure excellent service and adherence to agreed service standards.  You must be prepared to roll up your sleeves as the fundamental focus of this opportunity is to improve existing work flows, closely manage the team and deliver results in a pressurised environment. This role will suit someone that can demonstrate strong and direct operational management experience within a shared service centre.

Previous management experience in an administrative or business processing environment is essential together with excellent people management skills with an open and inclusive style.

You will be a persuasive communicator with the ability to articulate a clear vision of the future and to rally potential stakeholders behind you.

You will need to operate with commercial and pragmatic acumen and be comfortable working in a complex global matrix structure. You should also be able to demonstrate direct hands-on experience of carrying out transactional HR work.
