One of our clients, a global internet service provider, is currently seeking an interim HR Operations Specialist to join them for a period of 3 months. This role is based in Dublin. The HR Operations Specialist will be a part of the People Technology and Operations team and service a dedicated region across a number functions including Engineering, Product and Sales. This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to a number of HR functions through the stakeholders you will be working closely with as well as your aligned client groups. Responsibilities will include: End to end operational support to employees and HR Business Partners in your region Provision of complete onboarding service to new hires Manage operational projects Compile, analyse and present program/process and project Management Information to internal and external stakeholders The preferred candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong academic record, excellent communication skills (additional European languages would be advantageous), solutions led approach, advanced Excel and Word skills combined with an exceptional eye for detail and an ability to balance and prioritise fluid work commitments.
