Job Title: HR People Services Administrator

We are looking for a process drive, organised individual with outstanding attention to detail to join our team as an HR People Services Administrator.

Primary Duties will include:

-Processing New Starter forms
-Verifying Right To Work documents (visas, passports and DBS checks)
-Referencing new starters with their previous employers
-Dealing with low level HR and pay related employee queries

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

-Strong multitasking ability
-Outstanding customer service skills
-Demonstrable IT skills - ability to use Excel is a must
-Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
-Must have some basic administration experience
-Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver in a fast paced environment
-Ability to work with own initiative and under your own direction

The People Services team deliver outstanding support to our business and customers throughout the week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00-18:00. You will work on a 3 weekly rotating rota between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 Flexibility to work these shifts is essential. Due to the Head Office location you will need to have access to your own vehicle.
