HR Project Administrator Central Manchester HQ
£20,000 - £25,000 + Benefits

An exciting new opportunity for a HR Project Administrator to enter one of the Worlds most Buoyant Industries

Air Energi are a Leading global Oil and Gas Manpower Services Provider, supplying contract and permanent staff to the worlds largest exploration and production companies, EPC's and consultancies. The business has been established for over 30 years and has operations in over 50 countries.
We are a rapidly expanding, successful company with an entrepreneurial culture. Our focus is delivering the best service to our Global and Regional clients. In order to continue with our expansion, we are placing emphasis on ensuring HR facilitates growth in the most effective way.
From our Global HQ in Manchester, the main purpose of the role will be to provide the Group HR Manager with support in relation to the implementation of the new HR operating model. This will encompass new policy and procedure whilst managing day to day HR issues and administration.
Main areas of responsibility will include:
Assist Group HR manager with roll out and implementation of new HR operating model
Provide administrative HR support to VP, other senior management and line Managers in the Manchester office on HR policy, procedures and employment legislation
Support UK line managers with HR issues and questions to a suitable resolution for the business and individual
Generate correspondence relating to HR matters (contracts, probation reviews, disciplinary and grievances, performance and sickness).
Prepare ad hoc and regular HR KPI's (including sickness, turnover and grievance) as and when requested and keep the HR administration up to date.
Carry out general HR health checks in the Manchester office to identify issues and provide solutions
Keep up to date on information regarding developments in UK employment legislation.
Develop and maintain productive and collaborative relationships with VP and other senior management, line managers, colleagues in the Manchester Office
What are we looking for?
An experienced, organised, pro-active, excellent HR Administrator with an interest in project work
Excellent working knowledge of UK employment legislation
Accuracy, intelligence an analytical mind and excellent written communication skills
Good computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visor etc.)
