You will lead and support both the strategic and operational aspects of a key Estates strategy programme together will the associated culture change required. Responsibilities: Support the Head of HR to deliver the project and build and develop operational project management capability within the HR Consultancy team.Champion culture change, engaging with leaders, managers and employees at all levels to support the adoption and acceptance of the required new ways of working.Work with the CoE to develop, agree and embed relevant policies to support the new flexible working approach.Contribute towards the realisation of benefits realised in terms of financial targets and process efficiency targets.Build excellent relationships with stakeholders from across project and business functions.Provide subject matter expertise to key projects and business change initiatives Skills, Qualifications & Experience: Extensive knowledge and experience of running major organisational change projectsExperience of working as an HR Business Partner, generalist HR Consultant or Employee Relations specialistProven track record of projects delivery - excellent planning, coordination and organisation skillsChange and culture change management experienceExcellent knowledge of policy development, employment law and employee relations practiceProven track record of delivering appropriate levels of documentation as part of the project life cycleExperience of delivering internal communications within a large and complex project To apply, please use the 'Apply Online' link below.
