My client, a European Facilities Management business, are currently looking for a HR Project Manager to play an integral role in overseeing the delivery of 3 major business change programmes. The role will be a blend of both HR practice knowledge and a clear understanding of the project management discipline.
You will be responsible for devising and owning the project plans and ensuring that key milestones are identified while interpreting and representing key policies such as redundancy and reorganisation. While being an essential part of the TUPE and Harmonisation processes you will be contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices overall.
