Description
Leading global financial services business has an exciting requirement within its group centre for a talented HR project manager.
The candidate will work on a benefits tracking global workstream, the results of which will have visibility at the highest level, and will also work on other exciting projects in a global change environment.
The candidate will have an excellent HR project management background in a complex, matrix, preferably international environment. Not necessarily financial services.
The candidate would also ideally have experience of working with and partnering with finance / accounting functions and have strong analytical capability.
This is an excellent chance to further a candidates career in a progressive, high profile, financial services change programme with global responsibility and visibility to senior exectuives.
The candidate will be working with some extremely senior stakeholders so must have strong relationship building and stake holder management skills.
This role may start as a 10 month FTC but if the candidate performs well there will be other opportunities to progress in a permanent role.
