This sociable and client-facing HR team is now looking to expand by bringing in another HR Advisor with an intern recruitment focus. The HR Advisor provides advice and guidance to managers on the full range of HR issues as well as looking after the full recruitment process for the graduate internship programme. This person will have a diverse remit that will include the full spectrum of HR including Employee Relations, L&D, Talent, project work and policy/process delivery. In terms of employee relations, you will be coaching and advising managers on performance management, disciplinaries and grievances, maternity and paternity, long-term sickness and dealing with queries on a day to day basis. This also has a specialist intern recruitment element which will involve looking after the end-to-end process which may include developing and maintaining relationships with graduates, screening applications, coordinating the assessment process, liaising with internal managers and managing the offer process. Candidates must have experience of advising on ER issues and managing the recruitment cycle in a creative and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be confident, measured and enthusiastic with exceptional organisation skills and the ability to communicate across all levels of a diverse client group. Previous UK experience working in a creative or media environment is essential as is an understanding of the wider industry.
