Due to the growth and exciting investment within our specialist national HR practice, Hudson is looking to recruit high potential individuals for opportunities within our Milton Keynes office. You will either be a proven recruiter with a strong track record in delivering to clients or someone who is now looking for the next opportunity to step up and manage the team or you may be working for a similar business who has the team management experience already.
o Working closely with the HR consultants to identify candidates for relevant opportunities
o Nurturing and developing long term candidate relationships through a variety of creative methods and excellent candidate management
o Interviewing candidates to be able to provide credible and insightful feedback to clients
o Delivering outstanding service to the HR market place and exceptional consultative and recruitment process management skills

o Someone who is passionate about providing a good service
o First Class organisational and time management skills
o Drive, ambition and determination to build a successful business and develop into a consultant
o Passion and tenacity to be a valued recruitment partner
o Individuals with determination and a competitive edge
