Background experience of working in recruitment agencies would be beneficial coupled with internal recruitment is essential, preferably within an HR team/function. Up to date knowledge of employment law and HR issues is preferable. You will also be prepared to travel across the UK and occasionally overseas if required. Experience using recruitment systems is essential. Taleo would be beneficial
A&B qualified would be beneficial but not essential.

Technical / engineering recruitment desirable with strong planning and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence key stakeholders across the business.

The tenacity to see difficult actions through to successful implementation with the ability to demonstrate levels of interpersonal sensitivity and discretion. Good problem solving, analysis and reporting skills.
