HR Advisor required by a company going places ......

Applicants must be generalists with experience of TUPE and best practise Employee Relations, ideally gained in a FTSE 100 environment. Experience in a unionised environment would be advantageous. You will work with and manage a group of HR Advisors providing quality HR solutions ..... some management expereince is advantageous, but more importantly good organisational skills and exceptional customer service orientation .

Candidates must be graduate or graduate calibre with CIPD or working towards this qualification and have good interpersonal skills, a 'happy to help' attitude and an ability to work with and influence many stakeholders.
