This is an exciting opportunity within a global media and entertainment firm. My client is looking to recruit a team lead for a newly formed HR Shared Services function that is in the process of being brought in-house. Essential is someone who has the ability to implement solutions and create processes with new information where none exist and who can operate within a fast paced media organisation.

Responsibilities will include;

- Distribution of workload
- Performance Management
- Maintaining and updating the employee database
- Reporting metrics and MI for transactions and work within the cluster
- Supporting recruitment co-ordination

Skills and Experience;

- Ability to use initiative
- Experience of working in a demanding and fast paced environment
- Experience of working on a set-up shared services function preferable
- Previously used SAP systems
