We are looking to recruit someone to support the Head of Pensions in the delivery of statutory reporting and adherence to the policies and procedures of various pension schemes and international mobility across Sodexo UK & Ireland. Main responsibilities Manage relationships with third party providers to ensure cohesive service to pension members and international assigneesSupport in the design and implementation of key projectsDevelop and enhance knowledge of pensions and international migration rules to become a subject matter expertMaintain relationship with payroll and finance to ensure contributions are administered correctly.Produce monthly contribution reports to ensure to company meets its obligations with the Pensions RegulatorProvide support, training and advice to the HR Shared Service Centre when required.Administer employee and pension scheme changes within the SAP HR systemSupport the Head of Pensions with ad hoc projects and research assignmentsRegularly update Head of Pensions on matters relating to pensions and international mobility and escalate any potential issues in a timely mannerComplete owned elements of annual Patch systems testing, writing test scripts, testing specific scenarios and reporting findings to IS&T Ideal candidate Experience within a pensions administration roleProficient in Microsoft Excel, analysing, manipulating and summarising data.Ability to resolve day-to-day problems independentlyBasic knowledge of Pensions procedures, policies and regulationsStrong attention to detailRecent experience of working with a public sector pension scheme (e.g. LGPS, NHS, CSPS)Knowledge of TUPE and New Fair DealKnowledge of UK pension legislation
