My client is looking for a HR Systems Officer for a permanent role with a salary package of up to £22K based in Birmingham. The role will involve end to end processing of all areas of the employee life cycle. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and experience of working in a busy H.R shared services environment. Good experience of HR systems and IT skills as well the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.

Key Responsibilities will include:

To coordinate recruitment and selection projects across the organisation and at all levels.

Manage records and data, preparing regular reports covering diversity, succession planning and resource management MI.

Ensuring all HR data and HR systems are kept up to date in line with the organisations policy and procedures and taking ownership as required..

Providing support to other HR teams as required to cover leave or absence as part of own personal development.
