Our client, a leading global professional services firm, is currently looking to recruit a Talent Management Co-ordinator. This role is an excellent opportunity to get involved in a fast paced HR function within a multinational organisation. Within this role you would be assisting the Group Talent Manager with the facilitation of the talent review process, with your key responsibilities as follows;

· Designing, delivering and evaluating education and communication programmes on the talent audit process
· Acting as a key point of contact with regards to the talent management systems
· Driving key projects within the talent portfolio
Essential skills and experience;
· Technical skills including SAP, Lumesse, talent management
· Experience of working within a talent management function within a large, multinational organisation
· Strong project management
· Strong customer focus

This role would suit a candidate with strong experience of working within a talent management function in a large, global organisation. Candidates should be educated to degree level and will be CIPD qualified.
