HRBP - Project based Willingness to travel If you are an ambitious, dynamic HRBP looking to manage the HR function for a small area of an amazing nurturing organisation then this role could be the one for you! Our client, a well known brand is looking for a forward thinking HR Business Partner to partner across the business with regional HR team. Working with the HR Lead and directly with a number of key stakeholders you will be responsible for helping to shape and drive the people strategy, whilst managing and developing the implementation of people initiatives. Key responsibilities will include: Building on engagement Talent Management Drive other HR projects focused on engagement, culture Building strong , trusting stakeholder relationships will be key Managing talent in a constructive, forward thinking way With this, you will need to be a strategic thinker who has able to influence stakeholders and bring creative HR solutions to the table with an effective communication style. Desirables for the role; Worked in cultures where HR helps drive high performance in large organisations already. Worked in an HRBP generalist role at management level in a strongly commercial environment. Worked confidently with senior management and have challenged ideas, practices and thinking in a constructive way Acted as a coach to business managers to help them get the most out of their teams CIPD qualified or equivalent work experience.
