Our client, a blue chip corporate business, is looking to recruit an HRIS Administrator to Support the HR System and Administration Officer in the maintenance, development and day to day administration for the Kronos time and attendance system. PREVIOUS TIME AND ATTENDANCE ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE, (PREFERABLY USING KRONOS) IS ESSENTIAL Overview of role:-Successful Monthly payroll interface with minimal monthly queries and in line with audit processes-Sign off and timecard approval carried out within timescales for payroll processing-Accurate audit of data against the HR Systems for headcountResponsibilities:-Entering all employees and Agency Staff onto Kronos and continue maintenance of starters leavers and changes -General checks on timecards to ensure standard hours, annual leave, booking to Projects is correct and in line with employees terms and conditions-Historic edits as and when required to ensure correct payment for payroll-Supporting the HR Systems & Admin Officer in evolving/improving/cleansing and developing the system-Maintenance of system back office and Pay Rules with the ability to take full responsibility for the creation of Pay Rules, including amending Xmas Pay Rules to work for the business-Running the Payroll interface file under the guidance of HR Systems & Administration OfficerEducational Requirements:Minimum 4 GCSE`s grade A-C or equivalentDesired Knowledge / Experience:Knowledge of railway terminology and proceduresGood telephone mannerExcellent written communicationIntermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite of packagesIntermediate experience in using a time Recording computer package, preferably KRONOSBehavioural Skills / Competencies:-Communication-Decision Making-Influence & Persuasion-Planning & Organisation-Problem Solving-Results Focus-Team WorkingTechnical Skills & Competencies: Ability to use, & previous experience of HR Time and Attendance SystemExcellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.Numerate, organised, self-motivated Should you be interested in discussing this vacancy please contact Annabel Green via LinkedIn or register your details on .
