My client is looking to recruit an HRIS Manager for an initial 12 month contract.

Reporting to the HR Ops Manager, you will be working closely with the Senior Managers and the EMEA HR team to ensure smooth implementation of a new HR System in line with business requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Deliver and implement HRIS system to the needs of EMEA HR, ensuring that the system design supports company values, behaviours, business goals and UK and European legal requirements.
* Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure that the project scope meets the needs of EMEA HR teams. Effective two way communication with stakeholders, creating and deploying a communication plan that keeps stakeholders updated with the project progress and status and highlighting any risks and issues identified that could impact the project.
* Problem solve and work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to proactively address any issues as they arise.
* Plan HRIS development and implementation projects effectively, ensuring clear deliverable system specifications and project plans, preferably using MS Project.
* Co-ordinate work streams and tasks by building relationships with key stakeholders ensuring that they support project delivery, manage change, support testing and embed use of the system.
* Analyse existing paper and electronic HR processes, and develop/recommend processes based upon system capabilities, whilst maximising return on investment.
* Identify opportunities for workflow systems to replace and streamline manual HR processes in conjunction with HR team members, and set up workflow systems and associated templates
* Work with different business areas to ensure effective implementation through communication and training in partnership with HR Managers.
* Manage the development; testing and implementation of system changes/developments, ensuring formalised procedures are adopted.
* Ensuring that UAT (User Acceptance Testing) is conducted in a timely manner, developing test scripts as appropriate.
* Ensure that accurate documentation (minutes/project plans/guides) are available at all times.
* Support the identification of project-related and wider organisational risks (corporate, functional, and departmental) to ensure they are owned by the relevant department and appropriately mitigated.
