A qualified Accountant is now sought to support the group's acquisition strategy, both in the UK and overseas. The Role: HR Administrator Due to internal promotion, we are looking to recruit a full time HR Administrator based from our Head Office in Diss. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a full administrative service to the team including processes related to absence, new joiners, leavers, candidate registration and contracts. Candidates must have a real desire to work in HR, this is not just an administrative role, it will require empathy, a high level of confidentiality, patience and tenacity. Qualified to a degree level in Business Management with a HR focus would be advantageous as it will provide the basic platform to understanding the rules and legislation that govern the HR function. The role would therefore ideally suit a recent graduate looking to take their first step into a HR career with Midwich. Some previous experience of an administrative nature is essential as is the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google and databases to a competent level.
