Junior Human Resources Administrator Our well established client located on the outskirts of Huddersfield is now looking to add to its team. This is a permanent role and it would suit an experienced administrator with some experience from HR. Perm/Temp: PermanentHours: 40 hours per week, Monday - FridayLocation: Sowerby Bridge Salary: 14,000 - 16,000 per annum depending on experience Main Purpose: As a HR Junior Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in various administrative duties, which will in turn assist the wider business. This role is ideal for a pro-active and well organised individual who is looking to develop their existing skills in a busy HR office environment. Detailed Tasks: Day to day administrative support to the HR Manager, which could include distributing information to colleagues, creating new starter packs and interview packs.Monitoring the reference, recruitment and review trackers as well as ensuring the HR case log is up to date with any outstanding issues.Assisting in the collation of employee statistics for the quarterly HR report.Collating CV's that are sent in via agencies, Totaljobs or speculatively and organising interviews as instructed by the HR Manager.Logging holiday requests on the T&A System.General filing as required - needs to be aware of how to handle confidential information.Assisting with the auto-enrolment of new starters into the Company benefit schemes.Assisting with the new starter induction process and ensuring that all paperwork is received, logged and filed correctly.Issuing PPE equipment to employees where needed.Assisting in monitoring employee absence and attendance and ensuring that we have the correct paperwork on file In relation to any absence.Updating employee information on the T&A system.Assisting in monitoring employee training and ensuring that the training matrix is up to date.Reception duties as and when required. Skills/Attributes: Pro-active in their approach to improving and providing effective and efficient support of all HR activities. Excellent Planning, prioritising and organising skills. Able to work under pressure and manage a number of tasks simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and build relationships effectively to people at all levels of the business - internally and externally. Numerate and literate and pays attention to detail. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Ability to work independently. Existing knowledge of HR processes would be beneficial.
