Human Resources Advisor - £35,000-40,000

Do you want to be the latest addition in a superb and exciting human resources department at one of the world's top reinsurance group's?

They are looking to hire a Human Resources Advisor to work in conjunction with the head of human resources.

You will work with your own client groups helping with all their HR needs, such as recruitment of new staff and managing the leavers while inducting new members of staff. You will also supply the managers with advice and guidance on disciplinary, grievance and capability issues.

As the Human Resources Advisor you need to have a minimum of two years experience within the insurance industry with the ability to undertake a variety of HR projects.

Working closely with departments you will assist line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures and co-ordinate salary reviews. Attending the annual Towers Watson Reward Seminar, and updating and submitting the salary data to Towers Watson, is also a part of your job role.

The ideal candidate:

  • CIPD qualified

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Strong written and communication skills

  • Professional and confident with a high level of integrity with the ability to work well under pressure

  • Detailed understanding of employment matters, legislation and its practical applications.
