Human Resources Advisor, Hertz Accident Supportreporting to the HR Business Partner (Country Lead) Hertz UK. The primary mission of the HR Advisor is to support the business in driving improved performance by delivering a world class HR service. The incumbent will work closely with management and the HR COE to deliver interventions that are aligned with the overall business objectives. Key-result areas In fulfilment of the primary mission, the key results areas are:Provide leadership and support for the performance management system. Assure all goals and targets are met for the business.Coach and guide managers in employee relations (inc. disciplinary, grievances, redundancy, TUPE, Absence), HR processes and compliance.Coach, consult, and recommend interventions on broad employee issuesAssist in the recruitment of staff including administrative aspects in conjunction with managers. Support in the workforce planning and Monthly forecastingIdentify and recommend Training and Development needs working closely with the business and COE.Work with Compensation to instal common practices in the administration of compensation programReview and manage relevant KPI's for geography and recommend actions / strategies ensuring focus on continuous improvementImplement globally-driven initiatives as requiredSupport and implement changes in operational performance excellence programmes and frontline capability initiativesWork in close conjunction with the HR Share Services Centre to ensure generic administration activities are handled effectively and processes are reviewed regularly. Ensure compliance with all company policies and ensure a consistent practice across your area of responsibility.Act as Change Agent. Continually reinforcing the adherence to and utilisation of HR tools, practices and policies as they relate to current and transformational initiatives.Deputise for the HRBP when required Job dimensions The HR Advisor role is a service organisation responsible for providing integrated solutions at a local level and participating in Global projects. The incumbent is responsible for driving internal collaboration and knowledge sharing for the purpose of improving organisational performance and effectiveness. Achieving regulatory compliance is also of significant importance.
