Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - 12 months FTC East Anglia Competitive Salary Our client is looking for an HR Business Partner to join the team on a 12 month FTC. It is exciting times for them - the role here presents an excellent opportunity for a dedicated, driven HRBP to contribute to change and transformation within the business, as well as their continued growth. The Role Reporting to the HR Director, the HRBP will work closely with Operations - the largest single Department in their business. S/he will be required to drive the following: Talent development & management, at all levels; Leadership development; Employee engagement; Org (re)design (where appropriate) You will be responsible for delivering a truly value added HR partnering service in support of business strategy and operating at the same time as a broad HR generalist. You will focus on driving and delivering the HR Strategy to meet business needs and will recommend change programmes as required. You will also contribute to projects across the business (and the wider Consort Medical Group) as required. The Person You will be collaborative, values driven, commercial and credible - you will need to be confident challenging, influencing and coaching senior stakeholders. Proven change management and transformation experience (as well as clear commitment to continuous improvement) is desired. Experience of working with and supporting an Ops/Production client group would also be advantageous. You will be educated to degree level plus hold a CIPD or equivalent qualification.
