Due to internal moves and reorganisation, this well known Kent based organisation is seeking an experienced individual for a 3-6 month contract. The role will cover all aspects of day to day operational Human Resources, in particular employee relations and union liaison. You will be working autonomously and be responsible for supporting a number of sites so travel will be involved. The successful applicant will be available immediately and have considerable ER experience and the ability to work closely to the union. A CIPD qualification is essential.
