A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Immigration Adviser with in one of the leading law firms. The Immigration Adviser will sit within the Employment team and will provide business immigration advice to financial institutions, multinationals and other UK companies. The role will involve advising clients on the UK Points Based System and other UK Border Agency rules. The Adviser will also act for the firm itself and provide advice on visa issues and international transfer. The candidate must be qualified to provide immigration advice and will be able to demonstrate a broad experience working with the UK Points Based System, Tiers 1 and 2 visas, indefinite leave, and EEA applications. The candidate will also have an in depth knowledge of UK Boarder Agency and Immigration rules and process and have great written and verbal communication skills.
