A leading private sector organisation are seeking a Implementation Manager on an initial 6 month contract in London, paying between £400 - £500p/d.

The role holder is expected to support the Head of Business Implementation for the delivery of key change/transformation initiatives in the UK via close cooperation with all stakeholders within UK CMB , HTS (particularly Change Delivery and Service Delivery) and Global functions.

The role holder is also responsible for providing analytical support to senior management within the Business Implementation team including preparing project documentation and monitoring key project deliverables',deputises for UK CMB Head of Business Implementation as required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business areas to assess impact of change and build launch plans
  • Create business acceptance and readiness plans
  • Create and maintain Aggregated Business launch plans
  • Negotiate SME support (requirements and design, UAT)
  • Assess operational constraints
  • Validate benefit and KPI/CSF
  • Support training delivery


Key Skills

  • Project and Change Management experience, ideally Prince2 and/or APMP qualified
  • Stakeholder management, including influencing and negotiation skills
  • Production and delivery of training and communication materials
  • Production of operating procedures
  • Excellent team worker
  • Flexible to pick up ad hoc related workstream activities
