Summary:We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our in-house Talent Acquisition team here at Hargreaves Lansdown. This is a varied role where you will manage the end to end recruitment process for all IT roles, sourcing and identifying the best talent whilst building key relationships with internal stakeholders. We're looking for an organised, pro-active Recruiter with experience working in a high growth, technology focused environment who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. This is an excellent opportunity to further your career within an in-house environment away from sales targets for a FTSE 100 company. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Recruiting for a variety of roles across ITManaging the end to end recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, selecting recruitment methods, advertising roles, screening CV's, conducting interviews, offer management and feedback ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to offer managementUtilising and developing external channels to maintain high direct sourcing successProducing regular management information/reporting key recruitment statisticsDeveloping and implementing innovative, cost-effective candidate sourcing solutions to ensure a sufficient pipeline of candidates is generated in order to meet the growing business needsDeveloping and enhancing selection processesDeveloping our employer brand through ongoing advertising and promotionWorking as part of a team to deliver the best recruitment experience for Hargreaves Lansdown and candidates The ideal candidate: Proven IT recruitment experience preferably from both an in-house and agency backgroundExperience in a fast paced business and the ability to manage high volumes of vacancies within tight time-framesExcellent direct sourcing capabilities, demonstrable experience of finding the highest quality talent within your previous rolesFamiliar with active and passive candidate search strategies, including talent pipelining, headhunting and market mapping techniquesHighly experienced in the full recruitment life cycleExcellent stakeholder management skills and able to juggle multiple demands and be able to build strong relationships across the businessStrong attention to detail, highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectivelyThrives in a fast paced environment, flexible and adaptable to changeStrong team player and collaborative approach - happy to 'get stuck in' as neededExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business
