Basic to 35,000 Bonus to 10,000pa Based in Alton Hampshire, our client is an award winning contact centre based insurance broker within the B2C market. As part of their continued growth they are seeking to appoint a training and development officer to join their existing and expanding team within L&D. Reporting to the Head of L&D the role holder must have experience to undertake training and L&D work across a wide range of disciplines including: The delivery of sales induction training, supporting inductees through their grad bay and providing guidance and mentoring through their Induction to Probation programme. In essence we are seeking an exceptional sales coach/trainer who is not afraid to walk the talk. Summary of responsibilities: Deliver sales induction training within a regulated sales environment Provide sales coaching on a 1to 1 basis Provide candid and constructive feedback to senior managers on individuals Deliver relevant and topical management workshops Create and update training materials as required Support the sales management team with ad hoc training requirements including soft skills, product training etc. Skills and Experience The successful candidate will have outstanding classroom training ability ideally from within a strong sales culture and background. You will be able to demonstrate that you can deliver technically based regulated sales training to new inductees to a high standard You will have knowledge of the FCA regulation requirements The Person Enthusiastic, ambitious, with the knowledge and ability to make a difference in the company Proven planning and organisational skills. Able to articulate your technical knowledge to sales people, making training interesting!
