An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator based at Unilever's prestigious facility in Kingston Upon Thames (KT1). This is a full time temporary role for a period of 6 months, working a 37.5 hour week. This role is paying up to 30,000 per annum. depending on experience.Main Purpose of the RoleThe focus of this role is to provide high-end administrative and case support to the team, to ensure the effective delivery of the recruitment process.Key Accountabilities* Post all active roles onto Unilever Jobs* Complete Offer Detail Forms for all active roles* Manage internal only requisitions across functions - provide guidance to the hiring manager, manage candidate applications, ensure all relevant is documentation received, ensure interviews arranged and conducted * Own and manage a small function end-to-end (see Active Recruitment Specialist responsibilities for this aspect.)* Support the Recruitment Manager in ad-hoc team administration such as team away days, PO's etc.Measures of Success* TTOA for active/live roles* Customer and hiring manager satisfaction* Enhanced internal candidate experience* Adherence to internal talent and recruitment policyExperience Required* Significant experience of full life-cycle recruiting from within a FTSE 100 company and / or consumer goods company.* Significant functional / regional recruitment experience with a proven track record of delivering high quality hires with strong line manager and candidate satisfaction* Exceptional candidate relationship skills.* Proven hiring manager relationships. * Experience of applying a variety of sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, building preferred supplier lists, recruitment advertising, web tools etc.)* Detailed experienced of using Applicant Tracking Solutions/Systems to manage both a process but effectively mine as a talent database. * A strong awareness of brand management and the employee value proposition* Strong influencing skills with the ability to provide specific examples of building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes, e.g. improving the recruitment process* Strong team player with the ability to support team members and pick up roles across other functions when volumes are high
