This role has line management responsibilities of Regional HR Managers. Its key purpose is to align the HR Plan to the operational business plan & deliver the growth agenda.
You will seek opportunities in relation to performance improvement, engagement, capability & development to support the building of a strong customer focused culture. You will be key in the creation of an innovative talent management plan and in the retention of the best talent. You will raise the company profile as an 'Employer of Choice' through improvement of the employer branding.
The key deliverables will be the delivery of results, evident in the end customer So you must engage, motivate and train the people to deliver a fantastic service, including your own direct reports. You must show quality leadership, a thorough understanding of the business and its aims and be able to drive the business forward in line with Stakeholder expectations.
The right candidate will be a fantastic relationship builder, influencer and networker across all levels within the business. You must be able to connect with people & inspire You must have experience of manpower planning, recruitment drives, talent management, motivation and development. You must be results driven and have worked in Industries where the end customers experience is what drives the business to excellence.
