Description
Interim HR BP required for a period of 3 - 6 months to drive through a significant period of change and reorganisation of the business, based in Berkshire. You will be responsible for ensuring the people plan runs side by side with the wider organisation strategy. Significant areas of responsibility will include:OD.
Talent Management.
Exec Resourcing - In conjunction with Resourcing division.
Project/Change Management.
Stakeholder management.
