Description

Large public services organisation in the West Midlands requires competent HR advisers with a strong emphasis on ER case work for 6 month contracts.

Responsibilities will include:
Managing complex caseloads from investigation to appeals
Working closely with HR Business Partners to ensure cases are complete, on time and in line with best practice
Develop coaching/training plans for area managers
Assisting and sometimes leading on investigations ranging from disciplinary and grievances to performance and capability.

You will :
Be fully CIPD qualified
Demonstrate extensive experience of case management
Demonstrate experience of phone and face to face consultation
