Description
Interim HR Manager with a global manufacturing business based near Grays, Essex. Reporting to the General Manager and HR Business Partner of the site, you will be responsible for providing high quality HR support and advice in a fast paced environment. Key deliverables will also include:- Employee relations including disciplinaries and grievances
- Business Partnering including coaching, mentoring and influencing the client group
- Providing Training and development advice to the business
- Change management
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced HR generalist wishing to take the next step in their career. You will be highly organised, adaptable and enjoy working under pressure. You will also be CIPD qualified and/or working towards MCIPD.
This role is a contract for 3-6 months paying £35,000 - £38,000 based on previous experience and qualifications.
