Description

We are looking for an Interim Resourcing Manager with extensive experience of recruitment from in-house within the financial services. This contract is for the term of 6 months and will require you to have all the essential experience to walk in and work this position immediately.

We're looking for some-one who understands the delicate thread of pushing back and managing expectation. A candidate who appreciates 'right first time' and resourcing as a concept is much sought after.

Do you have a positive and proactive approach to problem solving and can adapt to your team and gain trust quickly? Need to have managed the end to end process of a recruitment process with experience in interviewing assessing and establishing graduate talent programmes to move the right people forward.

You responsibilities will be but not limited to:
· Managing new resourcing requirements across the organisation to include employees, interims and secondees - ensuring the most appropriate resource type is chosen for each requirement.
· Writing job descriptions for approved vacancies and using a number of routes to market (including agencies, direct methods and paid for advertising where appropriate) to ensure best principles of fair and open competition for all vacancies
· Responsible for the end to end recruitment process for all vacancies including choosing appropriate routes to market, working with agency suppliers and setting up agency briefings for vacancies to ensure suitable candidates are identified, final round interviews and producing offer contract documentation.
· Managing vacancies using the on-line recruitment system, I-recruit, ensuing it is updated to enable meaningful management information to be produced
· Working with line managers to ensure they adhere to recruitment best practice and fill their vacancies in the most efficient manner
· Managing internal applications appropriately in line with current reward strategy
· Managing speculative agency approaches against the existing agency framework
· Working with the HR Business Partners and keeping them updated with resourcing activity in their business area
· Assisting with re-tendering of resourcing frameworks including the Recruitment Services framework and the Pre-Employment Screening Services framework to ensure continued service delivery for outsourced resourcing partnerships.
