Description
This role requires an immediate starter for a 12 month contract.Key responsibilities include:
Updating and developing the new employee benefits system
Being the first point of contact regarding any benefits related queries
Managing and reviewing all benefit providers
Assisting with all MI and payroll reporting
Assisting other teams when necessary with basic recruitment or HR activity.
You will have proven experience of working in a busy HR environment.
Demonstrate knowledge and skills around benefits provision.
