OVERVIEW:

We are very pleased to be supporting an excellent, well established and thriving specialist recruitment agency who are now seeking a new Internal Recruiter to support their existing Internal Recruitment team, helping continue to build this thriving and rapidly growing agency!

As a business they have been specialising within their specific sector and delivering successful recruitment assignments for their clients within this niche industry for nearly fifteen years.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Managing the recruitment process from beginning to end, including: sourcing & screening applicants, arranging & holding interviews and negotiating offers
. All related administrative tasks undertaken with accuracy and on time
. Maintain accurate files on all candidates, searches
. Generate referrals in order to grow the database
. Provide candidates with detailed information on the company, business strategy and job descriptions
. Promote the corporate brand image both internally and externally
. Meet/Exceed set sales targets
. Hire sales professionals who will prove to be a success for the company
. Conduct face to face interviews - variation, not always on the phone
. Create marketing campaigns that attract the required talent
. Assisting the candidate on boarding process and managing some back office administration tasks

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
. Target driven - Money motivated
. Commercially aware
. Strong rapport builder
. IT illiterate
. Exemplary communication skills
. Previous experience within a sales focused role
