Our Recruitment Team
Our newly formed operational recruitment team operates from Bournemouth, Glasgow, Stoke, Gloucester, Eastleigh and is striving to provide a standardised and excellent end to end direct recruitment service to our employees (Hiring Managers and Internal Applicants) and external customers (potential employees and our 3rd Party suppliers).
We are now looking for a customer focused experienced recruiter (Agency or Internal Background) to join our fun friendly team.

Key Responsibilities
. In partnership with the HR teams and the business leaders, understand business requirements and develop appropriate resourcing plans to deliver those requirements.
. Develop and maintain a resourcing strategy and framework for AIL and AUK.
. Develop resourcing processes which are efficient and customer orientated.
. Research and develop alternative recruitment channels to improve cost and service efficiencies.
. Provide expert recruitment advice, guidance and support to HR teams and to business management.
. Develop, maintain and own assessment centre processes and other selection methods and material.
. Develop, maintain and own interview questions and plans.
. Lead, support and project manage key recruitment projects.
. Where required, coordinate and run assessment centres.
. Provide additional interviewing or coordinating resource to the HR teams at times of peak demand.
. Build and maintain relationships with external parties such as recruitment agencies, recruitment advertising companies, social media and websites.
. Stay abreast of and understand market data, best practice and emerging trends. Analyse this information and data to provide direction to HR teams and business stakeholders to make resourcing decisions.
. Build a strong knowledge of the recruitment system and provide support and guidance to HR teams on the best use of the system. Enhance usage of the functionality of the system where possible.

Knowledge Skills and Experience
. Excellent communication skills.
. Influencing and negotiation skills.
. Superb organisational skills.
. Ability to build rapport with candidates.
. Proven track record of delivering against targets.
. Experience of working in partnership internally and with 3rd parties.
. Professional at all times.
. Knowledge of recruitment and employment legislation would be desirable but not essential.
. Highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns
