A growing, worldwide retailer is looking for an experienced Internal Recruitment Manager to join their offices in Accrington.

The internal recruitment team are responsible for all recruitment activity from distribution and service centres right through to Head Office and senior management roles. The Internal Recruitment team work closely with hiring managers to ensure that all recruitment drives are successful in attracting the right talent, whether recruiting for a one off role or high volume campaign.

The Internal Recruitment Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the recruitment team as well enhancing and delivering successful recruitment programmes for all levels across the business' high profile brands.

The successful Internal Recruitment Manager will receive a salary of 35,000 - 45,000 (depending on experience). Responsibilities include:
*Provide day to day management of the recruitment team ensuring that they are working effectively and that best practice is being followed
*Manage both high volume and more specialist, senior, recruitment campaigns successfully
*Review and improve existing recruitment strategies to ensure quality, successful, hires whilst also meeting the business' time to offer and cost targets
*Maintain and develop relationships with external recruitment providers forming solid relationships with a selection of preferred suppliers
*Support hiring managers in their recruitment activity and assisting with assessment centres
Experience Required:
*Previous recruitment experience is essential - Ideal candidates will have a background in volume/retail recruitment but candidates from other sectors will also be considered
*The ability to manage high volume recruitment campaigns from start to finish as well as more specialist, senior, level roles
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team, build relationships with internal hiring managers and form partnerships with external recruiters
*Ability to work to deadlines
*Be self-motivated and have a positive can-do approach
